Personal History: From an early age Jim was always seen to be the "Joker" by everyone, his peers, his friends and even his teachers. As he matured so did his sense of humor (a little) and he quickly became popular with girls who were drawn to him by his humor and good natured practical jokes. However none of them ever entered into a relationship with him, preferring to stay as friends. Jim played rugby for his local duchy and even the southern part of his country for a long tome, right up until his entrance into Starfleet in fact, and as such loves sports and leading teams of people in a variety of tasks. Jim has recently been suffering from mood swings and light depression as the death of his brother Ryan has returned to haunt him and due to this Jim has made a vow to find his killers and put them to rights. Jims relationship with Ryan was a strong one, ever since childhood they were inseparable and as Ryan was only three years older than Jim they were rarely apart. Ryan was very much the older brother of the pair and when he went off to Tau ceti and joined their colonial defense force all Jim wanted to do was join Starfleet and travel the space ways like his brother.
When his family received the terrible news of Ryan's death at the hand of a freelance pirate cartel Ryan was inconsolable, although his parents grieved at the loss of their eldest son Jim couldn't be reached. He withdrew into himself and for almost a month could not get rid of the images of his brothers torture and execution at the hands of Klingons and Cardassians in a "propaganda video that people were sent. His parents tried to cheer him up even though they themselves were scarred by what they had seen
but when Jim set his mind on starfleet and maybe even revenge they knew that nothing they could do would stop him. As such they formed their grief into support for Jim even though they were scared of his fate and due to this did not realize that Jim had forged his birth certificate for the enlisters to see. Now even though Jim is scared at what happened to his brother he is determined to right the wrongs that happened and forge his own path through life as an officer of starfleet.

Hobbies & Past-Times: Rugby, Jim loves rugby and plays on the holodeck whenever he can. he also frequently comes from these matches with a variety of injuries. Air Forces of the 21st century.

Personality: Extroverted, lively, Funny, a little over the top although recently Jim has been suffering from depression.

Illnesses: Jim suffered from some hereditary back problems as a teenager. He developed scoliosis however, at the hands of a skilled team of therapists he is now medically fit although he is still required to attend monthly physiotherapy sessions.

Questions
Most Painful Experience: The most painful experience in Jim's was the moment when he heard of his brothers death in the defense of Tau Ceti IV from a renegade band of pirate Cardassians and Klingons. This changed Jim from a rather playboyish young teenager into a determined, yet humorous young man. After this incident Jim enlisted early in the academy at 14 with a forged birth certificate.
Best Time: Being accepted into the academy and being told he was ready for his final exam by his old teacher Lt Hobbs, upon hearing this he was also told that his long standing girlfriend, Emma had been accepted onto the Starfleet Med Course, so in summary he is at his happiest at the moment.
Most Crucial Experience: The death of his brother Ryan in the defense of Tau Ceti IV and the subsequent propaganda videos the pirate fleet sent to the federation of a host of torture and interrogation that made Jim feel a hate to the pit of his stomach and the depths of his mind, He frequently has nightmares about this and subsequently changed his personality.
Role Model: 1. His brother Ryan, a fighter pilot who is now dead. Ryan gave Jim someone to live up to but he feels he is constantly overshadowed by his brothers death
2.Late twentieth century comic book heroes. Jim was a fan of many "old-school" hard print comics and came to believe that some of their ideals such as honor and justice should be upheld at all times, this shaped Jim as a person.
