When Gabriëlla was 4 years old, she went to a sleepover. When she woke up in the middle of the night, she knew something was wrong. She walked back to her apartment on bare feet. She found her way into the lift, and managed to get to the third floor. When the doors opened, she saw a big fire. Her parents were already dead. Since that time, she believes she can feel it when something bad is going to happen. She also believes that everyone she gets attached to will be ripped out of her life. Gabriëlla will always remember what her grandmother told her: “Always look to the eyes of people. They are the mirrors of the soul, they will show you the intentions of the people you meet.” The foster parents, who raised her, were kind people. They were old enough to be her grandparents, and died naturally when Gabriëlla was 18. She was already on her own, so she didn’t need new foster parents. Gabriëlla graduated the Starfleet Academy, and went to the Titan, where she became friends with Peyr. After the mission, he was transferred. |
