Jabson’s mom always used to read her
son stories of Starfleet adventures when his Dad was commanding his ship.
Jabson became fascinated with space and all of the excitement that it could
bring one person. He became fascinated with vessels, and now he wants to
enter Starfleet. His idols include Ambassador Spock, and Serek.
While Jabson’s mother was living early in his youth, he would often brag how
his Dad Solok would be commanding a ship someday. Little did he know that he
would soon be correct. One day while Jabson was in school researching ship
design, his teacher told him that he would be the best Starfleet officer in
the history of the fleet. Soon after that, at the age of 9, Jabson’s mother
died. He went into a mild depression that was very rare for a Vulcan. His
father was never home because he was away on missions. It was up to his
Vulcan grandparents to take care of him while his Dad was away. He was
grateful for their support and help in his time of sorrow, but something was
still missing.
He started his personal mission of studying ship design, structure, warp
engines, transporters, and circuitry of starships early in his youth. When
he applied to Starfleet Academy the entrance exam was a piece of cake and he
was able to start in the following semester. His father was very proud of
him for his accomplishment, but deep down inside of his green blood
personality was regret for not being there for his son. |
